Here are our rules:
Creating a safe, super fun environment should be the goal of every Comic Con and we are happy to succeed at that every year.
Zero tolerance policy:
- Stalking
- Offensive verbal Comments
- Harassing or non-consensual photography or recording
- Unwelcome physical attention
- Intimidation
- Physical Assault
In relation, but not limited, to:
- Race
- Origin
- Gender
- Sexual Orientation
- Body Size
- Appearance
- Color
- Age
- Religion
- Disability
- …
- All visitors carrying a (Semi-)Professional (Video-)Camera need to register before entering.
- If you want to take a picture or a video of or with someone : Always ask permission first. If the answer is no, don’t do it.
- Keep your hands to yourself. Respect people’s private space. Cosplay/Costume does not mean consent. See rule number 1 : We have a zero tolerance policy about this.
- Be respectful,nice and polite to everyone! You’ll see it’ll pay off and it makes you a better person!
- HAVE FUN! It’s our mission to make a fun, safe and welcoming environment for everyone! Be a part of it and have the most amazing time whilst respecting the rules!

Every year we also invite world-famous cosplayers to Comic Con Holland to meet the fans, talk about their experiences in a Q&A and of course to be an honorary jury member of our contest.
