The one and only YODA from ‘The Empire Strikes Back’ is joining our Star Wars Week Line Up!
Together with Frank Oz, he was part of the team that brought the character Yoda to life and presented him to the world for the first time.
This guest may be small in stature, but he has a huge reputation, having played no fewer than 165 leading roles in Tim Burton’s blockbuster ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’, as not just one, but all of the Oompa Loompas.
With other memorable roles in masterpieces such as Corpse Bride (General Bonesapart) and Big Fish (Mr. Soggybottom), it’s no wonder Burton called him ‘the hardest working man in showbiz’!
You may also know him as Teeny Weeny, the snail racer from The NeverEnding Story.
Trekkies, on the other hand, will certainly know him as Simon Pegg’s sidekick Keenser in ‘Star Trek’.
And that’s not all: he also enchanted audiences as the Tin Man in ‘Return to Oz’ and fascinated Whovians as Mr. Sin in ‘Doctor Who’, alongside his countless other unforgettable roles in films and series.
